This was a nice little treat to stumble upon! Love the bit of homage to City Connection as well. Had a lot of fun playing that on the NES as a kid, and it was a cool surprise when I started the game before reading the description, ahaha. Everything from the gameplay to the visuals and music just feels so classic.

Great work to all involved!

Turned it on, and after a little while it said "spin", so I spun my phone and it said "we". 10/10

Honestly a cool concept, and I like how it uses the phone to get location info to function. It's a great idea and execution, and not something I think a lot of people would think to make a game out of. Pretty dang neat!

OoooOOOOooooOOO!! They've been there a while! 😁 Glad you had some fun with it! And yeah, I'm all about creating things people can make their own stories or games with. Those are the best! Thanks, man!

A really fun and cute read, nice work!

A short but sweet falling blocks game. The little story accompanying is cute and fun, and the characters are nice! Feels like a nice and chill game for Halloween! I appreciate that it leaned towards the fun atmosphere Halloween can bring, rather than just being the usual spooky game with monsters and scares.

I like how the goal was to match specific preplaced blocks, rather than reach a score. I felt that it added a bit more challenge as it took some of the placement of the blocks out of my control. Overall I'd say I had a good time while I was playing!

Thanks so much for playing! I'm glad you like the chill fun vibe we were going for! :D

The slingshot mechanic is really awesome. I like the "jump tokens" that allow you to jump again mid-air, since it adds a feeling of skill when you pull it off correctly.

The music is nice too!

A really fun, and well made game! There were some challenging levels, but I was able to make my way through to the end. The art style was a really nice choice. Made me a bit nostalgic of my old 98/2000/XP computers.

There were a few levels that got me stumped, but it was fun to figure them out. The game has a similar atmospheric vibe to the Portal series, which is something I really enjoyed. The addition of a level editor is also pretty nifty!

Criobite responds:

Happy you enjoyed it! I was definitely going for a feeling like Portal, with a few other things mixed in. Initially the story was feeling a bit too similar to Portal, until I found a different motive for the AI. From there, the story kind of wrote itself! ^^

Simple, but has enough of a challenge to make you pause and think for a little while. It was really fun going through all of the puzzles.

Reminds me of the ice floor puzzle in Pokemon Ruby/Sapphire/Emerald.

Just a chill dude who makes art, and terrible jokes.
Keep the sun always in your heart!
